JTree using same Folder & Leaf images for all Look & Feels.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Compile and run the attached code.
2) Change Look & Feel to GTK(Or any other) using menu on frame.
3) Notice that tree is still using same folder and leaf icons remain unchanged.

- Win 2k Professional
- SunOS 5.8
- Red Hat 7.2
