isSynthetic: unhelpful generalization

           Says it returns true for objects generated by the
           compiler. But that only helps the compiler developer.
           I thought it might return true for ConstructorDoc objects
           on default constructors, but apparently not. Neal says
           "The only time I can think of that synthetic methods
            should be visible to javadoc is when you use -source 1.4
            and there are bridge methods." (I don't know what a
            bridge method is, so the doc should fill in the blank
            in the phrase, "and there are bridge methods that ___.)
