In RH9 and RH Advence Server 2.1, clicking on "J2SE Homepage" or "JNLP Homepage" does not bring up the default Mozilla browser or netscape 7.0 automatically.

The same failed result applies in RH9 and AS21 platforms. The RH9 has default Mozilla 1.4 version browser and netscape 7.0 installed. The AS21 has default Moziall 0.99 version browser and netscape 7.0 installed.

STEP TO REPRODUCE:
1. Install J2RE1.5.0 b18 bundle in RH9 and AS21 machines.
2. Launch Java Web Start.
3. In "Java JNLP Application Viewer", go to "Help" -> "J2SE Homepage" or "JNLP Homepage" and click on one of the links.
4. No browser will be brought up by clicking on one of the Homepage links.
5. Invoke the netscape7.0 installed in /usr/local/netscape/ and clicking on the Homepage links didn't bring up the netscape browser either.
