Not able to close "JNLP cache size warning" Dialog while re-install option used

      Bug Description :

      Not able to close JNLP cache size warning when the warning appear while reinstall JNLP option is clicked using App Manager.

      Build Info:
      -----------
      java version "1.5.0"
      Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0-b99)
      Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0-beta-b19, mixed mode)

      Location:

      /net/altair.east/terra/space4/nightly-archives/tiger/2003-09-06/windows-i586

      System Tested :
      ---------------
      O.S : Windows 2000
      arc : x86


      Steps to reproduce:
      -------------------
      1.Install the j2re1.5.0 mention in above location.
      2.Type following in command prompt
      java -system http://web-east.east/javaws101/web/tests/tiger-unit/4812563/case1.jnlp
      3.open javaws app Manager
      4.Select Preference Menu item from Edit Menu and in settings make the cache size as 1 byte.
      5.Apply the setting and close it.
      6.Select Re install Menu item from from Edit Menu
      7.Select the JNLP from the list "Re-Install remove JNLP Application" window
      and click Re-Install Selected Application(s) butoon.
      8.Warning Message will popup.

      User will not be able to close the warning dialog unless user close the "Re-Install remove JNLP Application" window.
