View Application window is not refreshed when view Application window is invoked from "Temporary File Setting" window using "View Application" button.

O.S : Windows 2000

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1.Install the j2re1.5.0 mention in above location.
2.Type following in command prompt
java -system http://web-east.east/javaws101/web/tests/tiger-unit/4812563/case1.jnlp
3.Open javaws app Manager
4.Select System tab,it will list the application installed.
5.Select libraries menu-item from View Menu-item
6.No application will be listed,leave the window as it is.
7.Click on Preference Menu-item from Edit Menu
8.Click on Setting button from Temporary Internet Files.
9.It will open Temporary Files setting Window click "View Application" button.
10.It will focus App-Manager but in app-Manager still it shows the Java libraries which was done in step 5.
The app-manager should get refreshed ,when option selected from "Temporary File Setting" window also.
