Steps to reproduce:
1.Download j2sdk1.4.2_01 from java.sun.com ,windows offline insatllation and install it on my WindowsNt4.
2.When the welcome window dispaly(Java2sdk SeV1.4.2_01 setup is prepareing the Installshield wizard...), it alert "Failed to extract file "RegUtils" from the binary table".
3.Result:Can't install j2sdk in WindowsNT4 by try many times.

Add more extra information as following:

I run with Adminitrator privileges, and it has write permission to the temp directory. But I was runing Norton AntiVirus and RiSing AntiVirus at same time. So maybe the problem is due to the AntiVirus software make the Admin can't write the data to temp. But I can install other softwares on this system.

I reinstalled WindowsNT4, and not install the antivirus software, then can successfully install the j2sdk1.4.2_01.
