Cursor is not visible in JTextField with Synth Look&Feel.This Problem arise with tiger
build b16,b17. It works fine with build b09.

Steps to Reproduce
------------------
1)Run attached "JTextFieldExample.java" with attached "TextField.xml" on tiger build b17.
2)Cursor is not visible in TextField.
3)Run program again with build b09.cursor is visible now

Note:This problem exist with other Text Components also e.g JPasswordField,JTextPane
