Mouse move over focused JMenu behaves incorrectly in Windows Look and Feel.

Steps to reproduce.
1) Run the attached code.
2) Press the ALT key, it will select the menu "Test 1".
3) Now take the mouse over selected "Test 1", It will open the popup menu of "Test 1", This is incorrect if compared with native windows.
