      When MonitoringManager.clearState() is called certain attribute values are not cleared. The attributes are

      threadpool.averageWorkCompletionTime
      threadpool.currentProcessedCount
      workqueue.totalWorkItemsAdded
      workqueue.averageTimeInQueue
