During my recent NSK baseline testing with Tiger-B15 snapshot, I noticed
that the following NSK is pretty much timing out across the board:

    nsk/hprof/regression/b4723783

With a 30 minute configuration that shouldn't be happening unless I'm
using jvmg bits on Solaris SPARC. However, I was using both product and
fastdebug bits.
