In Color Chooser under Swatches Tab there is no space between color palette and the box which shows Recent color
and also color boxes are not completely visible in first veritacl row of Recent area.
this problem occures with tiger build b17,with b09 it works fine.

Note:See the attached .jpg images ,b09ColorChooser image shows the gap between color palette and Recent color area
and the color boxes in first vertical row under Recent area is completely visible whereas in b17ColorChooser
the color boxes in first verical row under Recent area are not proper and there is no space between color palette and Recent area


Steps to reproduce
-----------------
1)Compile all attached .java files
2)Run the "JColorChooserExample.java" with "ColorChooser.xml" on tiger build b09.
3)Notice the gap between color palette and Recent color area and the color boxes in first vertical row in Recent area.
4)Run the "JColorChooserExample.java" with "ColorChooser.xml" on tiger build b17 and see the difference.
