        JAXP 1.3 containing new API was integrated into JDK 1.5.0beta-b16, but there are no
      API spec in the doc directory for the following packages:
        
          javax.xml
          javax.xml.datatype
          javax.xml.grammar
          javax.xml.namespace
          javax.xml.xpath
          org.w3c.dom.bootstrap
          org.w3c.dom.ls
