Java Plug-In Control panel: there are two problems with the manual update message text:
a) when the checkbox is unchecked, there are some l10n characters substituted by "?" character, see screenshot JPI_CP_it_2.gif
b) there is a little difference between the message for "Notify me before installation" option and "Notify me before downloading and installation" option - there is one extra space character, see screenshot JPI_CP_it_1.gif
