The problem is at 1st paragraph in the license below.

INDICATE ACCEPTANCE BY SELECTING THE "ACCEPT" BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF
LICENSEE IS NOT WILLING TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS, SELECT THE "DECLINE" BUTTON AT THE
BOTTOM OF THE AGREEMENT AND THE DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL PROCESS WILL NOT CONTINUE.

However, there are no such buttons in the installation for all platform.
The license agreement should be described more properly.
