A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
There is a compatibility problem with Sun JVM and Yahoo game applets.
After applying the latest Windows service pack, the Microsoft VM is removed from the customer's system. Users install Sun JVM expecting Yahoo game applets to function but find that they are directed Microsoft site to download VM again. For whatever reason, Yahoo game applets are not compatible with Sun JVM.
User's comments:
"We can't play yahoo games anymore. It tells us that we do not have virtual machine installed. It refers us to the Microsoft Java page which in turn tells us that they do not have offer Java anymore. It seems that the game site doesn't recognize the fact that we DO have virtual machine. Please help. Thank you"
