Steps to reproduce -
1) Install jdk1.5.0 (b-20 or any build) on the target machine.
2) Invoke the Control Panel.
3) Navigate through the Control Panel using the "tab" button on your keyboard.
4) Try to select the highlighted button by pressing "enter".
It does not work. The only way to select the highlighted button is by using the mouse.
5) The above problem is not seen on win32 platforms.
