JaWS apps installed in system are not added to GNOME all-users application menu.

      JaWS applications downloaded into the system cache are not installed into the all-users application menu on GNOME. GNOME does not have a all-users desktop area, but it does have an all-users application menu. This file should be updated to include any JaWS apps that specify shortcuts.
