During my NSK testing run using a Tiger-B20-snapshot VM dropped into a
Tiger-B19 JDK, I observed a hang in the following NSK tests in most of
my configurations:

    nsk/jvmpi/events/mncntenter001
    nsk/jvmpi/events/mncntentered001

The mncntenter001 failure reproduced 15 runs out of 16 and mncntentered001
failure reproduced 4 runs out of 16. The repro runs were on Solaris SPARC
with java -client-test -Xmixed bits. truss output shows the VMThread and WatcherThread running and no other thread activity.

During my Tiger-B28-snapshot test cycle, I observed a hang in the
following NSK test:

    nsk/jvmpi/events/mncntenter002

It looks like this hang also occurs in the following NSK test:

    nsk/jvmpi/events/mncntexit001
