Problem Description :
There is no accelerator key attached to "Sun Java Console" menu option in
IE. This is a accessibility concern as user won't be able to invoke "Java Cosole" using keyboard. I think this bug is there since this feature got introduced in hopper.
Steps to reproduce
1) Install jre
2)Invoke IE browser and Press "ALT T" to access the "Tools" item in menu bar
3) If you find no accelerator key to access "Sun Java Console" option then the bug is reproduced
