How to reproduce:
=================
1. launch SwingSet2 demo by running bin/java -jar demo/jfc/SwingSet2/*jar
2. In InternalFramesDemo. Change to "Motif Style Look & Feel"
3. Make sure "Closable" is selected. Open a new frame. Then, this frame will not be closable. ==> It's closable in tiger b05.
4. left click on up-left of the frame to get menu. There's no any submenu available. Iconify the frame, then restore back. Submenu become available now.
