A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
java.util.zip.ZipInputStream's documentation should include:

1) An overview of how it's meant to be used (i.e. how to extract a file)
2) Should specify that getNextEntry() returns 'null' if end-of-file was reached
