Support Info dialogs for Japanese have improper indication

      Bundle: j2sdk-1_4_2_02-windows-i586.exe (from webwork.sfbay)

      For Japanese, there are two support information dialog for SDK and JRE.
      The problems are:

      - On JRE's Support Info dialog, the contact and the comments fields are
      empty.
      - On SDK's Support Info dialog, all fields are as default. It should
      have proper information for the product.
