The README files of the three lookup examples in the tutorial
(SLP, JINI, JNDI/LDAP) reference an incorrect RFC.
Where RFC 2513 is stated, should be replaced by RFC 2713.
Fortunately this is just in the text description, the URL links
point to the correct location.
