    api/java_sql/SQLWarning/serial/index.html
          these files contin broken link to ../../../../../COPYRIGHT-jck.html

    api/java_sql/index.html contains the following incorrect links:
              DriverManager/descriptions.html
              DriverPropertyInfo/descriptions.html
              SQLPermission/index.html
              SQLPermission/serial/index.html
              ../../../COPYRIGHT-jck.html
    api/javax_sql/index.html contains the following incorrect links:
              ConnectionEvent/index.html
              ConnectionEvent/serial/index.html
              ../../../COPYRIGHT-jck.html

These are all resolved in the latest nightly. many of the problems were caused by the mistaken placement of the index.html and COPYRIGHT-tck.html in the doc directory. Now that this is fixed it all makes more sense.

The references to COPYRIGHT-jck were hold-overs from teh original JCK (J2SE) now all updated to COPYRIGHT-tck.html.
