the TCK provides a script for launching the Agent in the
$TCK_HOME/ri directory.

However the users guide does not provide
any documentation on using the script.

So users will not know about it or how to use it.
additionally because the other code examples for launching the agent
are incorrect right now this script is the only good way
to launch the agent.
