ja: GTK L&F on linux uses smaller font than other L&F

      For example, it can be reproducible by running SwingSet2 demo in GTK L&F.
      The font is slightly small only in GTK.

      Running SwingSet2 and compare each font size in Java, Motif and GTK L&F.
      Only GTK's font size is definitely small. It should be more larger.
