PhoneHome Menu Item "Go to Java.com" disappears

      The menu item "Open Console" is not displayed but it works fine.
      It seems that there is a problem in l10n resource.
      Please see also the attached image for the detail.

      Actually, the menu item is "Go to Java.com".
