This is a regression in 1.4.1_06 from 1.4.1_05

To reproduce:
1 - Install 141_06-ea-b01 on Solaris 9 sparc or x86. (I tried .tar and .sh bundles)
2 - Unzip and install the javawebstart package
3 - cd to the dir javaws and run ./javaws

You should now see the following error

Splash: couldn`t load splash screen image: No such file or directory

4 - Try running a jnlp file. I tried

http://sqe-jpi-07.sfbay.sun.com:8088/JavawsTest/versioningid/version.jnlp
and
http://www.miniworks.co.uk/jrider/jrider.jnlp

These both gave me the error

Unable to launch <file name> for Jaws

I have tested this with 141_02 and 141_05 and works fine.
