OS tested - Solaris Sparc 9, Solaris Sparc 10, Redhat 9
      browser - mozilla

      builds tested - tiger beta - b25
      location of bundles -
      /net/koori.sfbay/p/jdk01/jdk/1.5.0/beta/b25/bundles/*

      Steps to reproduce -

      1) Install j2sdk/jre 1.5.0 b-25 on the local machine.
      2) Make sure the .java.policy file is present in $HOME
      3) Invoke the browser and go to the Standard Extensions tests location at -
         http://sqeweb/deployment1/mantis_ws_plugin/doc/proc/JPI_stdext.html

      4) Go to the Pure Installer test at http://sqeweb/deployment1/mantis_ws_plugin/tests/optpkgs/pluginhtml-default/Test_Pure.html

      5) Download Request window pops up with the title - "Warning-Security".
      6) Click on "Yes"
      7) Security Warning window comes up with certificate information.
      6) Try using the accelerator keys and it does not work.

The accelerator keys work fine for this window on win32. The keys were working for b24. This is a regression in b25.
