TCK1.2-JNLP test http_requests/ExtensionProtocol/index.html#Simple fails
on Windows (Tested on Windows-2000, Windows-2003)
with JDK1.5.0 starting from b14 (when javaws was moved from $JRE/javaws to $JRE/bin)
with error 20 (please see the test output section below).

The test passes on Windows with JDK1.4.2-b28.

The test passes on Solaris platforms with JDK1.5.0 (tested with b17, b25).

2) Run http_requests/ExtensionProtocol/index.html#Simple using JavaTest harness for the TCK-JNLP test suite.
