JTable is not showing all row data.
This bug can be reproduced on all L&F except GTK.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Compile & run the attached testcase.
2) It will show the Frame with a Table in it.
3) Scrolldown in the table, And you will see after some rows, Cells are not
   painted in table.

This bug can also be reproduced in SwingSet2
1) Run the SwingSet2
2) Go to Table Demo
3) Scroll down, and you will see after some rows cells are not painted in table.
