Java Version: 1.5.0-beta-b25, b24, b23, b22 and b21
Platfroms: windowsXP-pro, and windows2003_amd

Problems:
The swing test case PopTest02 is failing in b25 and b21 in win32, it is OK in solaris and linux. It passes mantis and b20 in win32 too.

The test case is as attached.

To reproduce the problem:
1. map your winXP Y driver to /net/cady/export
2. cd dtf/unified/knight-ws/suites/tiger_swing/share/harness/Tonga
3. sh LaunchTonga-win.sh swing_Win_Tonga.ini
4. you can see the test failed by using 1.5.0-beta-b25 and passed in 1.4.2-b28 and 1.5.0-beta-b20.
