jdk and jre bundles cann't be installed on Win2003 if some HotFix are installed on that system. The installation is waiting forever to complete Java Runtime Environment setup.

I've verifyed on two diff systems with HotFix on it:
Win2003 SE with HotFix KB824146 (urt-06)
Win2003 SE with HotFix KB818529, KB819696, KB825559, and KB823980 (adora)

I was not able to install 1.4.1_06 version on both systems.
However, there is not problem to install jdk/jre after HotFix is removed.

/net/koori.sfbay/p/v10/jdk/1.4.1_06/ea/b01/bundles/windows-i586


I found another system Win2003 EE (urt-08) without any HotFix on it and didn't find a problem to install jdk/jre.
So, I figure out that HotFix couses the problem to install 1.4.1_06 on Win2003.
