      Add ability for the admin to remove -system installed application in JNLP Viewer

      Steps to reproduce:

      - install j2re1.5.0
      - run javaws -import -system http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/apps/notepad.jnlp
      - go to the JNLP Viewer/System
      - you can see there your Notepad application, but you can not remove it from there or create shortcut. It will be nice for admin to be able to use JNLP Viewer too.
