Currency code for Guinea-Bissau should be updated (GWP -> XOF)

      According to http://fx.sauder.ubc.ca/currency_table.html and some other
      web sites, XOF has been used as the currency code in Guinea-Bissau since
      May 1997.

      Currency data in Java should be updated.
