all: Missing resource translation

      For the euro langs (de, es, fr, it, sv) there are untranslated resources in
      deploy:src/plugin/win32/jupdate/checker/UpdateChecker_*.rc
      IDS_REBOOT_REQUIRED
      IDS_NOT_ONLINE
      IDS_HTTP_STATUS_SERVER_NOT_REACHABLE

      I'm not sure probably needs to be fixed in asians also.
