Steps to reproduce:
1.On Mercury11b, using Mozilla1.4(2003/10/24),JRE1.4.2_02-b03.
2.Firstly launch http://www.kaply.com/work/backwards/, and then it will pop up a certificate window, click yes.Then launch to http://baseman.prc/bugs/bugtraq/4806274.html
3.The text fields tend to grey and the background of name field can't in blue.The buttons can't click. All of them seem to dead.
