[Mercury] A webpage can't be loaded entirely and back button become invalid

      Reproduce steps:
      1.On Mercury12, mozilla1.4(2003/11/03), jre1.4.2_02-b03
      2.Visiting http://www.gamesdomain.co.uk/GamesArena/castle/index.html
      3.The advertisement bar on the left will not load after long time and when you hit back button, it does reload and reload currentpage instead of go back last page.
