Win32: uninstall of 1.4.2_01 JRE shuts down 1.5.0 update scheduler

Steps to reproduce :

1. Install 1.4.2_01 JRE in a Windows 2000 machine. Logout and login after installation completes. This starts the 1.4.2_01 update scheduler process.

2. Install Tiger b28 JRE in the same machine. Logout and login after installation completes. This starts the 1.5.0 update scheduler process.

3. Uninstall 1.4.2_01 JRE. This will shutdown the 1.5.0 update scheduler. T

Any JRE being uninstalled should a shutdown the update scheduler only if its of the same version. This is not the expected behaviour.

Please fix this.
