PIT 10 : jupshecd.exe process is not running after uninstall of 1.5.0_01

      Problem Description : jupshecd.exe (Scheduler) process is not running
      after uninstall of 1.5.0_01

      Tested_Java_Release : 1.5.0 / 1.5.0_01
      Tested_Build : j2re-1_5_0-fcs-bin-b99-windows-i586-13_nov_2003.exe
      Tested_Build_Location : deployment3/tiger/PIT_builds/JD-PIT-09/build09/
      Tested_Machine_OS : Win XP (jd-sqe-04 )

      Steps to Reproduce
      ------------------

      1.) Install the 1.5.0 build
      2.) Host the bundles & create an entry in the registry keys
      3.) Log out of the machine & login back
      4.) Java Update notification would popup saying an update is available
      5.) Click the link & upgrade the java to 1.5.0_01
      6.) Now un-install 1.5.0_01
      7.) The current version would be 1.5.0 on the machine
      8.) Make sure the update URL is still present in the registry keys

      ...Now check for the jupshecd.exe (Scheduler) process which is not running
      after uninstallation of 1.5.0_01 .
      Earlier it used to swap silently and now jupshecd.exe runs only when the users log's out & log's in back.
