Minimized JInternalFrame in Motif L&F can be restored by 3 left mouse clicks now(On Icon part of minizmied
 icon and not its text part) while this was not true for last promoted tiger build (B29).

In last promoted build(b29) when user clicks 2 or more time using left
mouse button(Icon part of minimized frame, and not text, Double click on text part restore it back as expected)
nothing use to happen.
But now in PIT, if user clicks 3 times on minimized icon the minimized JInternalFrame get restored.
As of now first click is consumed to bring popup and than for restoring it
two more clicks are required.
If this is new feature added than it should be on double click and not on 3 clicks.
