JFileChooser in Windows L&F shouldn't show "My Documents" modified date
when it is displayed as "System Folder"
   Steps to reproduce:
   a) Open SwingSet2
   b) Change to Windows L & F
   c) Go to FileChooser demo
   d) Open Plain file Chooser, Now select desktop from "Look in" combo.
   e) Click on details icon. Now note there is modified date specified
      for "My Documents", While in windows there is never a modified date present
      when folder is displayed as "System folder"
   Note: Before running make sure you check that windows property
   show "My documents" on desktop is on.
   To make it on. Open explorer, Tool Folder options View
   In its Advance setting option, Select "Show My Documents" on the desktop.
