A garbage collection has occurred. This event occurs after the GarbageCollectionFinish event. An arbitrary amount of time may have elapsed since the GarbageCollectionFinish event. This event does not carry the restrictions that the GarbageCollectionFinish event carries. This event may occur on a different thread than the corresponding GarbageCollectionFinish event.
