Comment from EG (BEA):

1. Currently the specification has no position on how RowSets should behave
if multiple threads are access RowSets that were created from createShared
calls.

2. If all RowSets created from a createShared call are supposed to share all
properties can they also support being setReadeOnly(true/false) ?


3. Require clarification for; 'Equally any delete add or modify operation within
a group of shared rowsets should result in a single event notification'
