Red Hat Linux 7.3 user can not add Java Web Start plugin

      IM6.1p1 installed on Red Hat Linux 7.3
      User environment: Red Hat Linux 7.3, Netscape 7.1ja / Mozilla 5.0ja

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Install J2SE 1.4.2
      2. Create symbolic link of
       [J2SE installed directory]/jre/plugin/ns610-gcc/libjavaplugin_oji.so to
       /[Browser_installed _Directory]/plugin
      3. Invoke Netscape or Mozilla, See Help-> about plug-in

      Java Plug-In is not added to browser.
      Result, user can not invoke IM login window by clicking "Use Plug-In" in start window.

      Red Hat Linux 7.3 package does not contain libgcc_s.so.1.
      User have to download this file from Red Hat homepage.

      As Red Hat 7.3 is supported OS, this issue should be documented in the release note.
