Build tested: SWAT j2re1.5.0-b30/j2sdk1.5.0-b30
Platform: win 98- SE/win ME

Steps to reproduce:

1) Install j2re1.5.0-b30 (or j2sdk1.5.0-b30) onto the test system
2) Do java -version

Problem: The following error occured:

"MapViewOfFileEx() failed: GetLastError->487
An error has occured while procession the shared archive file.
Unable to map shared space.
Error occurred during initialization of VM.
Unable to use shared archive."

Note:

1) java -fullversion is OK (java full version "1.5.0-beta-b30")
2) java -version is OK on winXP - but not win 98 SE and win ME
This problem seems to be occurred on win 98 SE and win ME

The java cannot be used to invoke any demos:
C:\j2sdk1.5.0>bin\java -jar demo\jfc\Java2D\*.jar
MapViewOfFileEx() failed: GetLastError->487.

Verifed in promoted j2re1.5- build 31 on win 98SE. java -verison is working fine
