Copyright year needs amended in 1.4.2_04 docs

In the documentation that is supplied with 1.4.2_04, the copyright information need to be updated to 2004 (see docs for 1.3.1_11). An example:

Copyright 2003 Sun Microsystems, Inc., 4150 Network Circle,
Santa Clara, California 95054, U.S.A. All rights reserved.
