Even when typed with caps lock ON in text component it still shows the
characters in small case letters.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Run the attached code TextAreaTest
2) Type with CAPS lock ON.
3) Note, TextArea still shows the characters in lowercase.

Sun Java Desktop System 2003(Linux 2.4.19-4GB )
Red Hat Linux release 9 (Shrike)
