This is a sub RFE of the umbrella RFE 4932968 (Support for Locale Vietnamese vi_VN). This RFE provides the following basic locale data for Vietnamese:

- Language names
- Country names
- Date/Time/Number Formatting
- Currency
- Collation
- Default locale detection

These are basically available through APIs in java.text and java.util packages, which would suffice the needs for server side environment.
