If we have the mnemonics on the components inside a JDialog in Win L&F they
will became hidden until Alt key is pressed. On native apps mnemonics are
visible even when user releases Alt, they will be visible until Dialog
disappear, but in Swing app. the highligting will be turned off when user
releases Alt.
